◦ Hiding Power: The flake-like structure of aluminum powder forms a "layered reflection" on the coating surface, providing superior hiding power compared to ordinary solid-color powders. A typical film thickness of 60-80μm is sufficient to fully conceal substrates (e.g., cold-rolled steel, aluminum alloy), preventing the base color from showing through.
Color Stability:
◦ Aluminum powder is prone to oxidation and blackening when exposed to air and moisture.
